With over two decades of real estate experience, Tammy Kerr is a trusted name in both West Michigan Lakeshore real estate—serving areas like Saugatuck, Holland, and South Haven—and South Florida real estate, working out of Fort Lauderdale. Known for her passion, creativity, and consistent results, Tammy began her real estate career in 2001, earned her Broker’s License in 2005, and quickly rose to become one of the top five agents in Michigan.

In 2014, she joined CENTURY 21® and became the No. 1 CENTURY 21® agent in the state. In 2024, Tammy expanded into South Florida, working out of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Florida 1st, serving clients throughout Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and surrounding coastal communities.
