Meet Tammy

Tammy began her real estate career in 2001 and earned her broker’s license in 2005, going on to rank among the top five real estate agents in Michigan. In 2014, she joined CENTURY 21®, where she became the company’s No. 1 agent in the state. In 2025, Tammy launched Michigan’s first Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate office and became Principal Broker of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections in Douglas.

Her approach is informed by a degree in mechanical engineering and studies in interior design, giving her a discerning perspective on construction, property value, preparation, and presentation. Her creative work has also earned awards for Best Interior Design and Best Overall House Plan. This combination of market knowledge, technical understanding, and design sensitivity is especially valuable when representing high-end, waterfront, and architecturally significant homes.

Tammy is known for thoughtful counsel, clear communication, and a highly personal level of service. She helps clients understand not only what a property may be worth, but how it should be positioned, presented, and negotiated within its market. While luxury and waterfront real estate are particular areas of expertise, Tammy represents homes across a broad range of settings and price points.

Tammy also holds a Florida real estate license and serves select clients in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding South Florida communities as a Broker Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida 1st. Whether advising on a Saugatuck waterfront home, an in-town residence, a country retreat, or a South Florida property, she brings the same care, judgment, and commitment to every relationship.
